Pembroke will continue to be title town this fall as the UNC Pembroke volleyball team will add other accomplishments to their season. Last night they wrapped up the regular season with a huge 3-1 win over Mount Olive with huge Conference Carolina implications on the line.
The Braves will finish the regular season with a 18-13 overall record and a Conference Carolina record of 12-5 before heading into the upcoming tournament. The Braves claimed the #4 seed and will have a 1st round bye as they host the second round here at home at 3pm on Sunday.
Under first year head coach Jaleesa Harper the Braves will await the winner of #10 King University and #9 Chowan who will play each other at UNC Pembroke at 12pm on Sunday.
The winner of the Braves/ Chowan/King will advance to the Quarterfinals on the 17th at the North Charleston Athletic Center in South Carolina where they will face the winner of Francis Marion/Barton/Young Harris.
That's all for now.
As Always GO BRAVES
So happy that we are doing so well! Hope we continue to advance! Thanks for the update!
